Do we still need a photographer and videographer?
Yes, and we would never tell you otherwise. We are the third piece, not a replacement. Photographers give you timeless prints; videographers give you the cinematic film. We give you everything in between, fast, for social. We brief with your team beforehand and stay out of their shots.
How fast do we actually get our content?
A teaser video often lands the same night. Your full gallery of raw clips and edited videos is delivered within 24 hours on full-day packages, 48 on the half day. You will be posting before the confetti is swept up.
What if my creator falls ill?
This is the one a solo creator cannot answer. Because we are a team, we keep a backup creator on standby for every booking. If anything happens to your assigned creator, another steps in with the same brief and kit, so your day is never left uncovered.
What do you film on?
The latest iPhone Pro for that authentic, instantly-postable look, plus a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for smooth cinematic b-roll, gimbals, wireless mics for vows and speeches, and lighting for the evening do. Phone-first, but professionally kitted, with backup bodies.
Can we choose the music and trends?
Absolutely. Save the videos and sounds you love and send them over in your planning call. We use commercially-licensed music so your videos stay live and never get muted or removed by the platforms.
How is this different from the cheaper solo creators?
Cheaper often means one person, one phone, no backup and no real editing system. We are the wedding arm of a working video agency: trained editors, redundant kit, licensed music and insurance. You are paying for reliability and polish, not just someone with an iPhone.
Do you travel outside Newcastle?
Always. We are based in Newcastle and cover the whole North East as standard, and we travel nationwide and to destination weddings. Travel within 30 miles is included, then it is just 45p a mile, quoted upfront with no surprises.
How do we pay, and how do we book?
A £200 deposit secures your date and the balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Pay in full or spread the cost with interest-free instalments or Klarna. To book, check your date below and we will take it from there.
