Fusion Weddings is a wedding content brand of Fusion Creative, based in the North East of England. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this site or enquire with us, why we hold it, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you fill in our enquiry form we collect the details you give us, such as your names, email, phone number, wedding date, venue and any message.
• Partly completed forms. If you begin our enquiry form and enter an email or phone number but do not send it, we may keep what you entered so we can see that an enquiry was started. We do not email or message you off the back of a form you did not submit. We only ever contact you if you complete and submit the form, or if you contact us first.
• Technical information. Standard details your browser sends, such as your approximate location, device and pages viewed, including through cookies and similar tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, which we use to understand and improve our advertising.

Why we hold it and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you book, to plan and deliver your wedding content. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. For partly completed forms our basis is our legitimate interest in understanding drop off and improving the form, balanced against your privacy, which is why we do not use that information to contact you.

Who sees it

Your information is handled by Fusion Weddings and stored using trusted service providers who host our website, database and email on our behalf. We do not sell your information. Advertising and analytics data may be shared with Meta and Google in line with their own policies so we can measure and target our ads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to help you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Partly completed and unsuccessful enquiries are kept only for a short period and then removed.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, or if you have a concern, email us at hello@fusionweddings.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
